Reporting to the VP of Finance, the successful candidate will lead the financial close processes and ensure effective accounting operations across our group and its subsidiaries, contributing to financial strategy and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations and reporting
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Manage accounting for investment funds and real estate
• Supervise general accounting and treasury functions
• Serve as liaison for audits and tax compliance

Requirements:
• Degree in accounting or finance with Honours
• Chartered Skilled Accountant (CPA) designation
• Strong interest in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Yardi or NetSuite is a plus
