As Supervisor of Industrial Technology Projects, you will guide the successful execution of technology initiatives that support Vale’s mining operations. This role demands a strategic mindset and strong leadership to coordinate project endeavors, mentor teams, and manage diverse stakeholders. You will play a critical role in aligning projects with Vale’s overarching objectives, utilizing modern technology to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lifecycle of industrial technology project delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project prioritization
• Ensure projects are executed safely and effectively
• Collaborate with operational leaders for seamless execution
• Develop KPIs and performance reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 11 to 15 years in project management in mining or OT
• Experience with project management methodologies and technical delivery
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in managing complex project portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
