In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing disability claims and assisting in employees' return-to-work processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a claims management subject matter expert
• Facilitate return-to-work strategies for employees
• Lead wellness and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide support for HR operations as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in HR or disability management
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Solid MS Office skills
