In this 6-month temporary full time role, you will lead clinical services as an LPN with at least three years of experience in geriatrics. You’ll assess resident needs, develop care plans, and monitor outcomes to improve quality metrics. This role includes recruiting and supervising care staff, fostering both teamwork and partnerships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess needs and craft effective service plans for residents
• Supervise incident response and quality monitoring




• Manage nursing service evaluations for optimal care
• Coordinate recruitment and employee performance reviews
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships

Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse with active standing
• Minimum of three years in senior health sectors
• Strong decision-making and risk management capacities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Criminal checks required for employment
