The selected candidate will calibrate and validate control instruments and support systems. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GMP and issuing calibration certificates while optimizing building automation systems. The role provides opportunities to research technical specifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calibrate instruments for ventilation and water systems
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on production equipment
• Assess and modify control instruments as needed
• Participate in validation and system qualification efforts
• Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements
Requirements:
• Knowledge of USP calibration standards
• Familiarity with automation technologies including Bac-Net
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and programmable automates
• Bilingual capability for supplier engagement and communications
