In this role, as a Program Consultant, you will provide behavioral assessments and tailored treatment recommendations. You will design and oversee skill promotion programs while facilitating mediator training and community education initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients
• Develop and monitor intervention programs for behavior enhancement
• Implement training sessions for community mediators




• Evaluate the effectiveness of workshops and in-service training
• Support ongoing education for parents and agencies

Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle for travel
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Current clinical experience with behavior therapy
