Join Bruce County as a Full Time Scheduler focusing on Long Term Care and Senior Services. Your planning expertise will enhance care delivery and improve operational efficiency.

As part of our Long-Term Care team, you will report directly to the Scheduling Supervisor. Your key duties will comprise managing work schedules, payroll processes, and ensuring exceptional care for residents. We seek candidates with robust organizational skills and a solid background in scheduling, especially those familiar with a unionized setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage accurate shift schedules for staff
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operational flow
• Monitor and report on scheduling-related metrics




• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements:
• 1-year post-secondary diploma in relevant field
• Three years of office experience, preferably in scheduling
• Experience with scheduling software essential
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check required
