Key Responsibilities:
• Develop search strategies for manager-level and below roles
• Build and maintain a diverse network of candidates
• Analyze market trends and tailor recruiting strategies




• Screen candidates based on competencies and qualifications
• Deliver exceptional service to candidates throughout the process

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience desired
• Experience in operations or high-volume hiring preferred
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) is an asset
