The IPC is looking for a Policy Analyst for a 12-month contract in Toronto. This key role focuses on analyzing the privacy landscape and engaging with diverse sectors to inform policy recommendations. You'll work independently and collaboratively to advance initiatives that protect citizen rights regarding access to information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document access and privacy developments province-wide
• Analyze policies related to FIPPA, MFIPPA, and CYFSA
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders actively
• Support key IPC projects as a team member




• Develop communication materials for senior management

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of public sector privacy issues
• Effective relationship-building and consultation abilities
• Proven track record in policy analysis and research
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities under pressure
