Job Title: Materials Control Technician

Location: Corunna, ON

Our client is seeking a Materials Control Technician to join their team. As a Materials Control Technician, you will be part of the Materials Management Department supporting operations at the Corunna site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Description:

- Operate and maintain equipment related to material handling, including forklifts and rail cars
- Unload transport trailers and move product additives using forklift trucks
- Build, stage, and store boxes with products in the warehouse, managing SAP functions
- Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to ensure raw materials are adequately stocked
- Participate in safety protocols including drug & alcohol testing, mask fit testing, and drivers abstract requirements

Qualifications:

- Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating forklifts is an asset
- Proficient computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
