City of Niagara Falls is seeking a Senior Manager of Development Approvals to lead planning review processes, balance community objectives with laws, and supervise a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate development applications and work with developers, agencies, and the public to promote sustainable growth.
The role requires a four-year planning degree, CIP/OPPI membership, and at least seven years of planning experience with supervisory responsibility.
