As a Warehouse Manager, you will be tasked with establishing effective operational strategies while supporting a team of employees. Managing warehouse processes to meet company objectives is crucial, along with fostering relationships across Operations and Purchasing. Your role includes a commitment to safety and maintaining organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate outbound freight and sales order processing
• Supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines
• Foster solid communication between departments
• Analyze and implement improvements based on operational reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in distribution environments
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of WHMIS and Hazmat preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
