This role requires managing daily site operations and supervising subcontractor schedules on a major transit project in Scarborough, Ontario. You will leverage skills in construction management, including productivity, quality guidelines, and safety protocols. Your expertise will help maintain project timelines and performance metrics while mentoring project personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Plan and supervise subcontractor work schedules
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets
• Maintain field documentation including safety and progress reports
• Organize weekly subcontractor and safety meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in construction
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
• Valid class G driver’s license
