As part of Stantec’s Environmental Services Business Line, you'll take the lead on complex water resources projects, working within an experienced technical team. Your role encompasses project management, business development, and supporting junior engineers. Your experience will inform analyses and strategies that proactively address regulatory and market challenges in water management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage water resources projects, including hydraulic and water quality aspects
• Develop proposals and establish relationships with clients
• Mentor junior staff while providing technical direction
• Conduct detailed technical analyses and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required
• At least 10 years of relevant water resources experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer/Geologist status
• Strong capabilities in business development and technical communication
• Experience in managing diverse project teams
