Inpho is looking for a detail-driven Accounting Skilled to enhance our finance operations. In this role, you will take charge of the Accounts Payable process and support essential finance tasks in a dynamic startup.

You will work closely with the finance team, handling AP functions, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Accounting or Finance and possesses 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills along with a commitment to precise financial reporting are crucial for impacting our innovative photonics projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle efficiently
• Accurately record transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly HST remittances
• Support month-end close activities including journal entries
• Assist with year-end audit requests

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1-3 years relevant AP experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced Excel capabilities
