As part of the Critical Care Nursing Resource Team, you will report to the Patient Care Manager, emphasizing Patient-Centred Care. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and interventions for critical patients
• Advocate for patients and educate families about care




• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide support
• Adapt to care needs in both ICU and Emergency settings
• Follow Ontario Nursing Practice standards

Requirements:
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Current BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Essential Critical Care Certificate
• Commitment to continuing professional development
• Ability to work independently and in teams
