Become an HVAC Technician with our industrial client in Sarnia, focusing on the upkeep of critical heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This hands-on role requires expertise and a strong commitment to safety in industrial settings.

In this position, you will leverage your HVAC skills in a collaborative setting with the Facilities Manager and technicians. You’ll conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose failures, and respond to service calls efficiently. Your efforts will ensure system reliability and adherence to safety and industry regulations crucial for optimal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures




• Respond promptly to emergency service calls
• Monitor and adjust building automation systems
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS

Requirements:
• High school diploma and accredited HVAC training
• 3-5 years HVAC maintenance experience
• Valid HVAC/R certification or trade license
• Strong troubleshooting skills and DDC knowledge
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate tight spaces
