In this role, you will support the Marketplace Operations team by forging strong relationships with sellers, monitoring their performance, and influencing improvements in order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics
• Facilitate issue resolution for sellers and customers
• Participate in eCommerce project planning and communication
• Design and develop operational processes for Marketplace
• Work with store teams to resolve shipment opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-3 years of logistics management experience
• Retail operations experience preferred
• Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid analytical skills for performance improvement
