In your position based in Burlington, Ontario, you'll oversee the Central Operations Response & Escalation function. You'll work alongside various teams to ensure reliable operations and effective communication of significant issues. Your leadership will shape a high-caliber team while establishing KPI standards across our facilities in Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day CORE operations and staffing
• Implement improved monitoring and reporting practices
• Develop and lead a team of CORE Operators
• Prioritize and document operational performance
• Act as the main point during significant events

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferred
• Seven years of industrial operations experience
• Familiarity with SCADA and control systems
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel periodically
