Lead financial operations as a Senior Accounting Manager in Scarborough, Ontario, within our HVAC and commercial refrigeration business. Drive financial integrity, enforce internal controls, and support strategic decision-making.

This leadership position requires you to manage the accounting team while collaborating with various operational areas. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements, conducting timely job costing, and implementing strict financial policies. Your ability to handle financial audits and compliance will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily recording and reconciliation of all bank transactions
• Ensure timely invoicing and HST compliance for jobs
• Regularly monitor and oversee Accounts Receivable collection




• Maintain detailed records for supplier invoices and payments
• Prepare weekly payroll and manage accurate labor costing

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred
• Over 6 years of financial management experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Sage software
• HVAC or construction industry background preferred
• Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities
