This role plays a vital part in the Calgary Family Resource Network, reporting directly to the FRN Supervisor. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach initiatives, facilitating partnerships with schools, and managing referral pathways to ensure families receive the support they need. Engaging with community stakeholders to identify barriers and improve service access is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen relationships with network partners and organizations
• Plan community discussions and joint planning activities
• Monitor referral trends and service effectiveness




• Serve as a liaison to connect families to available resources
• Represent the network at community forums and meetings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years in community services or program coordination
• Robust relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of child and family services
• Experience with data analysis and outcome reporting
