Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and develop care plans collaboratively

• Follow BCCNM guidelines and organizational standards

Requirements:
• Active LPN license with BCCNM
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Solid knowledge of medication administration
• Solid assessment and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts from 15:00 to 23:00
