Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Director
• Compose written communications, presentations, and reports
• Organize and maintain the SharePoint team site
• Track expenses, vacation schedules,
and travel arrangements
• Deliver mentorship to other administrative staff
Requirements:
• At least three years in an administration support role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Completion of some post-secondary education preferred
