In this administrative position, you will assist the Director of Case Management Services by managing schedules, drafting communications, and preparing reports. Your experience in supporting senior leadership will ensure smooth operations and enhance team engagement through well-coordinated events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Director
• Compose written communications, presentations, and reports
• Organize and maintain the SharePoint team site
• Track expenses, vacation schedules,



and travel arrangements
• Deliver mentorship to other administrative staff

Requirements:
• At least three years in an administration support role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Completion of some post-secondary education preferred
