In this position, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager through every recruitment phase, aiding in candidate sourcing, interviews, and comprehensive documentation management. You'll also enhance communication efforts between internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment processes
• Lead interview facilitation and feedback consolidation
• Keep job postings updated on the company website




• Generate compliance forms for the recruitment process
• Ensure timely communication among stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Construction industry experience preferred
