Elevate the quality of Flight Training at Canadian North by managing pilot and cabin crew programs. Ensure that safety and standards are maintained across training initiatives.

In this critical management role, you will develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of Flight Crew Training for pilots and cabin crew members. Collaborating with Chief Pilots, you will enhance training standards, integrate Human Factors, and continuously improve training methodologies. Your responsibilities also include maintaining the Flight Training Manual and coordinating updates for safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate integrated crew training and address discrepancies
• Conduct audits and risk assessments on training programs




• Maintain the Dangerous Goods program
• Assist cabin crew trainers as needed
• Manage corporate LMS for Flight Operations

Requirements:
• ATPL or equivalent certification is mandatory
• Two years of relevant training experience
• Profound understanding of CARS and CASS
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
