This full time role involves managing complex disability cases and providing critical accommodation services. You'll be integral to developing strategies that assist staff and faculty during their return-to-work process while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and university policies. Your interaction with both colleagues and external service providers will be essential in creating supportive work environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage sick leave and long-term disability cases
• Collaborate with HR on accommodation procedures




• Train staff on disability management best practices
• Guide the development of inclusive workplace policies
• Support employees in understanding their rights and resources

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field with certification preferred
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Proficient in mediation and relationship management
• Familiarity with HR policies and accommodation practices
• Knowledge of ergonomic principles a plus
