St. Louis Adult Learning Centre seeks an Italian Credit Language Teacher to deliver engaging in-person classes. Bring your language passion and expertise to inspire students and promote effective learning strategies.

As a Secondary School Credit Teacher, you’ll guide students through the Italian curriculum per Ministry of Education guidelines. Your responsibilities will include developing stimulating course materials, utilizing technology, and engaging students in communicative activities. Assessing students and creating performance reports will also be vital to support their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person Italian language curriculum to students
• Develop class materials in line with educational standards




• Engage students with effective instructional techniques
• Track and report on student progress and achievements
• Participate in school events and continuous career development

Requirements:
• Hold an Ontario College of Teachers Certification
• Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken
• Eligible for work in Canada
• Availability for evening classes is essential
• Experience in instructional strategies for language learning preferred
