Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee tax policy development and assessments
• Coordinate the assessment roll accuracy




• Manage staff training and operational priorities
• Engage with external agencies on tax matters
• Develop/tweak tax billing processes and compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in tax-related positions
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Understanding of municipal legislation and practices
