Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing accurate pricing for job specifications
• Issue purchase orders in alignment with project timelines
• Communicate effectively with sub-contractors and vendors




• Keep the price book and housing specs updated
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating roles
• Proficient with NEWSTAR and similar software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience in residential construction budgeting and processes
