Sofina seeks a skilled Maintenance Manager to drive the operational excellence of our facility. This role balances leadership, planning efficiencies, and ensuring safety standards.
In this position, the Maintenance Manager will guide maintenance activities, collaborate with internal teams, and lead initiatives to boost equipment reliability and efficiency. You will apply your expertise to develop preventive maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role demands a results-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the maintenance team
• Foster a secure work environment through compliance
• Develop standard processes for asset care and corrective actions
• Analyze plant history for improvement opportunities
• Integrate new capital projects for asset care
Requirements:
• Five years of Management experience in Maintenance
• MMP and/or Asset Management Professional certifications an asset
• Prior experience in ammonia plant operations preferred
• Strong project management skills required
• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office
