In this role, you are essential to delivering top-tier service by understanding client needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design. Your ability to build relationships will empower you to grow a loyal client base while actively engaging in all stages of the design experience, ensuring all expectations are not just met but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver luxury service through exceptional product knowledge
• Qualify clients and explain available design services
• Oversee the entire client journey from engagement to delivery
• Cultivate and grow a solid client portfolio
• Maintain RH's visual and quality standards in the Gallery
Requirements:
• Background in luxury retail or design firm experience preferred
• Knowledge in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design helpful
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Highly organized and adaptable to change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Mac systems
