Drive the success of Stratford Hall's auxiliary programs as the Auxiliary Programs Coordinator. This temporary role focuses on program management, staff supervision, and creating engaging student experiences.
You'll coordinate After School Care and summer camps while leading staff and managing financial responsibilities. Exceptional organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for fostering a positive environment for students and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and improvement of auxiliary programs, including camps and clubs
• Ensure all activities align with the school's mission and values
• Manage registrations, attendance, and billing for programs
• Recruit and supervise auxiliary staff, promoting skilled growth
• Oversee safety procedures and compliance with school policies
Requirements:
• Degree in Education, Recreation, Child Care, or Business recommended
• Certification in CPR/AED and concussion awareness required
• Proven experience in leadership within educational or recreational settings
• Strong budgeting and project management capabilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
