This full-time, permanent position supports registered physiotherapists with individualized treatment plans in residential care settings. You will assist with diverse treatments, including gait training and balance exercises, and coordinate secure exercise classes for residents. Your role entails maintaining treatment areas and directly communicating with physiotherapists on any changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in treatment plan execution for residents
• Conduct various prescribed treatments and modalities
• Deliver engaging exercise classes for resident groups
• Prepare equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean
• Record daily treatments using web-based system

Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or degree in Kinesiology
• Previous LTC experience is an asset
• Current Vulnerable Sector screening
• Tuberculin clearance required
• Strong communication skills for team support
