In this role, you will implement and evaluate engaging therapeutic recreation programs aimed at women dealing with concurrent disorders and trauma. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will lead community outings and adapt activities to meet each client's unique needs. Your efforts will not only improve clients' leisure skills but also contribute to their overall well-being and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized therapeutic recreation plans for clients
• Coordinate and oversee secure outings and activities




• Document client progress and collaborate in team settings
• Provide guidance to students and volunteers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation from an accredited program
• Membership in BCTRA and CTRA required
• Two years of relevant experience
• Valid Class IV B.C. Driver’s Licence
• Current C.P.R. Certificate
