You'll be a vital part of the HR Systems and Reporting team, directly reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Reporting and Analytics. This position is designed for self-starters who enjoy precision and teamwork. Your tasks will include reporting, developing financial models, and using AI tools for effective data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and define data schemas with stakeholders
• Build reports in Workday for HR and Operations
• Track performance and support HR initiatives
• Assist Payroll with health care reporting requirements
• Gather and validate business needs for reporting

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Business, or related fields
• 1–3 years data analysis experience
• Proficient in SQL Server and Excel
• Interest in AI-driven data tools
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous
