• Conduct regular performance evaluations and development planning
• Identify and implement procedural improvements

Requirements:
• Active RIBO license required
• Proven team management experience in commercial lines
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance workflows
• Robust EPIC software proficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
