We are looking for a results-driven Night Shift Foreman who can effectively manage teams and subcontractors at OCL Group. This position is pivotal for ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are practiced. You will maintain client interactions and provide insights to enhance project performance continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee field operations in adherence to safety and quality plans
• Ensure all project milestones are delivered on schedule and budget
• Assign daily responsibilities to team members for optimum efficiency




• Create and present detailed progress reports for stakeholders
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with client representatives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leading foreman on large-scale projects
• Oil & Gas facility experience highly regarded
• Journeyman trades background or equivalent experience
• Solid knowledge in construction management
• Clean driver's abstract and ability to pass tests
