In this Pathologist Assistant role, you will support the Chief Pathologist and laboratory staff in executing detailed gross examinations and preparing specimens for diagnosis. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed examinations and dictation of surgical specimens
• Manage and photograph gross specimens accurately
• Participate in autopsy setups under supervision




• Deliver educational presentations to staff and residents
• Collaborate with clinics regarding tissue specimen submissions

Requirements:
• Canadian Certification Council of Pathologists’ Assistants certification
• MLT background with a Bachelor of Science in Biology
• 3+ years in gross dissection and pathology
• Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems and MS Office
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
