As a ServiceNow Developer at Triunity Software, you will leverage your 4+ years of experience to enhance the ServiceNow platform efficiently. Your responsibilities include configuring workflows, developing applications, and maintaining seamless integrations. You’ll focus on optimizing business processes, engaging in continuous improvement, and ensuring effective collaboration with various stakeholders in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications for optimization
• Customize UI policies and configure workflows effectively




• Collaborate to gather and translate requirements into solutions
• Maintain REST/SOAP integration and conduct upgrades
• Resolve technical issues across different ServiceNow modules

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• Experience in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, or similar
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer preferred
• Strong ITIL process knowledge
• Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills
