In this position, you will manage the overall operations and maintenance of various properties, ensuring that HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems run efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections
• Coordinate contractor services for building maintenance




• Ensure safety compliance and building aesthetics
• Keep accurate logs of repairs and maintenance actions

Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in related building operations
• Strong understanding of BAS and HVAC systems
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
• Ability to react promptly to emergencies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
