Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned investment programmes throughout the housing sector




• Utilize stock condition data to create maintenance strategies
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting and control
• Engage and oversee contracted service delivery
• Monitor risks and contractor performance

Requirements:
• Significant experience in planned or capital works
• Robust contract and financial management skills
• Familiarity with JCT, NEC contract types
• HNC/HND in relevant discipline or equivalent
• Access to a vehicle required
