Join OEG Sports & Entertainment as an Accountant, focusing on real estate management with full cycle accounting responsibilities. Your role will be pivotal in financial reporting and analysis for properties.

This position reports to the Manager of Accounting, where you will play an integral role in preparing financial statements and conducting detailed financial analysis. Duties include monitoring bank accounts, reconciling transactions, and assisting in the budget process for real estate. You’ll also ensure compliance in invoice processing and assist with month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and reports
• Analyze property financials including P&L; and cash flows




• Monitor and reconcile general ledgers and bank accounts
• File GST returns and handle construction-related invoices
• Support month-end close deliverables for properties

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in accounting required
• At least 3 years of related accounting experience
• Knowledge in Yardi or similar property management software
• Experience with real estate or construction accounting
• Active or completed CPA designation is advantageous
