You will support the management of the annual salary review process and collaborate effectively with HR and payroll teams for data consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee benefits enrollment and coverage changes
• Negotiate group insurance and retirement plan contracts




• Provide benefits-related advisement to managers and employees
• Analyze compensation data and oversee incentive file tracking
• Participate in the improvement of compensation processes

Requirements:
