As a senior point of contact for enterprise accounts, you will combine your account management and project delivery skills to support MedMe's groundbreaking platform. You’ll partner with product and clinical teams at major clients, leading onboarding processes and ensuring services are delivered on time. With a robust focus on growing client relationships, your role is crucial for steering customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage senior client relationships across various accounts
• Lead seamless onboarding procedures for new enterprise clients




• Coordinate project deliverables with engineering and product teams
• Conduct QBRs and ensure regular communication with clients
• Maintain detailed and current documentation in HubSpot

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in enterprise account management
