You'll work closely with leaders to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, impacting the organizational growth and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support learning and development initiatives for staff




• Promote positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs
• Compile and analyze HR data to support decision-making
• Assist in developing HR communications and program materials

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP designation completed or in progress
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Mining experience is a plus
