As a pivotal part of our Concord Head Office, you will provide centralized direction for 30 credit analysts and collectors. This role encompasses setting performance expectations, mentoring leaders, and managing credit policies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. You will also focus on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency in credit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of credit analysts and collectors
• Establish and administer credit policies aligned with risk appetite
• Monitor portfolio quality, identifying risk concentrations
• Oversee collections and drive DSO reduction initiatives
• Prepare and present credit reports to senior finance leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce required
• 6-8 years of credit and collections experience
• Proven track record in managing large AR portfolios
• Strong communication skills in client-facing roles
• Background in industrial or heavy equipment preferred
