We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. together we advance As part of the IAM team, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of secure and scalable solution for Identity and authorization. You will gain hands-on experience with modern authentication and authorization protocols, identity lifecycle management, and cloud-native identity services. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and interface with global team members and business teams across time zones Develop functions and program MCP or other AI related with features or automations for IAM space Evaluate and implement vendor specific MCP servers and develop interfaces/MCP clients Engage with engineers to design, develop or apply IAM features such as authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO). Apply and implement identity protocols (e.g.,
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM) for application and agent workloads. Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using terraform and manage code with version control Actively participate in innovative conversations around secure tunneling of access for vault cloud provider environments Improve the tools error handling and reporting capabilities Write clean, testable, and documented code in languages such as Java, Go, or Python. Support testing of identity services and participate in debugging and resolving issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, product) to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Explore and present innovative ideas for improving security, performance, and user experience in identity systems. Assist in daily operations by interacting with end users to troubleshoot identity related issues including checking logs, update user attributes, bulk updates with scripts, etc. Assist in daily operations by participating in identity service maintenance including patching servers, implement solution for vulnerability fixes, upgrade servers or installing recent services, etc. Preferred Experience
AI oriented programming and working style. Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and related technologies Ability to write quality code with keen attention to detail Familiarity with identity concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, and directory services. Passion towards building security around API’s and transactional tokens Knowledge of cloud environments is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Open LDAP, Red Hat Directory, Sun Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus Academic credentials
