You will play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and effective contractor management in all maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct pre- and post-inspections for responsive repairs • Survey and specify work for void properties efficiently • Manage cyclical maintenance programs,
including planned works • Prepare specifications and schedules for maintenance tasks • Monitor contractor performance against service agreements
Requirements: • Experience as a Maintenance Surveyor in social housing • Robust knowledge in responsive repairs and maintenance • Skilled in contractor management and monitoring • Excellent understanding of building legislation • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
