Reporting to the Controller, you will be involved in a variety of essential accounting functions, from preparing reconciliations and handling purchase accounting to assisting with annual audits. Your role entails regular interaction with department stakeholders, ensuring accurate tax filings and meticulous financial reporting for a diverse range of entities within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations for multiple entities




• Prepare weekly cash reporting for all divisions
• Verify employee expense claims with appropriate coding
• Support annual budget tracking processes

Requirements:
• 2+ years of accounting experience necessary
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting or Business
• Expertise in Excel and familiarity with D365
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
