Reporting directly to the Vice-President of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the safety processes and operational effectiveness of the rail network. This position requires not only coaching a team of managers but also establishing service levels and modifying operating plans for compliance with safety standards. Strong interpersonal skills are needed to maintain relationships with customers while participating in high-level management committees.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or a degree in relevant fields

• Advanced MS Office use and adaptability to new software
• Understanding of regulatory and safety standards
